Zena Bet Ethiopia: login, sign up, payments and bonuses

Zena Bet at a glance

Zena Bet login

The Zena Bet login form is short. A single field labelled Phone Number or Email accepts either an Ethiopian mobile number in the 09xxxxxxxx format or an email address, followed by the Password field and a Sign In button. Under the form, a link reading Create one sends first-time visitors to the registration flow. Players who no longer remember their password cannot reset it alone from the login page. The FAQ explains that a forgotten password goes through the support team: the player reaches them via the Contact Us page, and after an identity verification the support agents help reset the password. The site menus that surround the login page list Home, Games, Aviator, Spin, Bonuses and Predictor, so once signed in the whole lobby is one click away from the same bar.

Zena Bet sign up and registration

Zena Bet sign up starts from the Register button at the top of the page. The published steps are minimal: enter a phone number, choose a username and a password, and the account is created instantly. The operator's how-to pages add that the account is verified automatically right after registration.

Three rules from the Zena Bet Terms frame this simplicity. First, the minimum age is 18, and the age limit appears both in the FAQ and the Terms. Second, only one account is allowed per person, and duplicate accounts are closed when detected, so a player who vaguely remembers signing up before should recover that account rather than open a new one. Third, while verification is automatic at the start, the operator reserves the right to request identity documents at any later point, and failure to provide them can lead to suspension or closure of the account. Keeping the registration data accurate from the first session avoids most of that friction.

Deposits and withdrawals with Telebirr and M-Pesa

Payments on Zena Bet run through Telebirr and M-Pesa, and the method available to a given account depends on the phone number registered on it. The deposit flow published by the operator works through an agent. From Profile, the player opens Deposit, enters the amount and receives an agent phone number. Next, the payment goes by Telebirr or M-Pesa to that number, and a screenshot of the payment confirmation is uploaded on the site as proof. Only after the agent verifies the transfer is the balance credited, so the screenshot is a real step and not a formality.

Zena Bet sets the minimum deposit at 10 ETB. Withdrawals follow the reverse path: Profile, Withdraw, enter the amount and submit. The minimum withdrawal is 10 ETB as well. Requests are paid within 1 hour after admin approval and are reviewed during business hours, so timing depends on when the request lands. Withdrawals go back to the same payment method used for the deposit, only one withdrawal request can be pending at a time, and an identity check may be requested before the payout is released.

Sports betting on Zena Bet

The sports book on Zena Bet lists Football, Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball, Baseball, Hockey, Cricket and Rugby, with the top football leagues surfaced as shortcuts: Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League. A Today selector, a Pick dates calendar and league pills above the match list handle filtering. Two bet types exist. A single bet covers one match and is settled on its own; the operator's example is 100 ETB at odds 2.50 returning 250 ETB. An accumulator combines two or more selections from different matches, the odds multiply and every leg must win; the published example multiplies 2.00, 1.50 and 1.80 into total odds of 5.40. The core markets are 1X2, Double Chance with 1X, X2 and 12, Over/Under 2.5 goals and Both Teams to Score on Yes or No.

Zena Bet sets the minimum stake at 20 ETB per bet. Three parallel slips, Slip 1, Slip 2 and Slip 3, hold up to 30 selections with a minimum of 2 shown under the slip, and Load Coupon and Check Coupon fields sit next to them. After a bet is placed the player receives a bet slip ID, which friends can paste into the slip field to load the same selections. Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or modified. If a match is postponed the affected leg is voided: a single bet is refunded and an accumulator is recalculated without that leg. Settlement follows official results from recognised governing bodies, usually a few minutes after the final whistle.

Zena Bet bonuses and Predictor

The Bonuses page on Zena Bet is organised in tabs marked Available, Refer a Friend and My Bonuses, with a field asking Have a promo code? that accepts a code once the player is logged in. The promotions the operator lists are limited to a few mechanics. A 15% Cash Back applies to casino games and is paid back automatically on casino losses, so there is nothing to claim manually. A Multi Bet Bonus increases with the number of selections on a multi ticket and reaches up to 25%, applied automatically to winning multi bets. The referral offer pays a 25 bonus for inviting friends through a personal referral link.

Separately from the classic bonuses sits the Zena Bet Predictor section, a score-guessing game. The player predicts the exact final score of a featured match, counting regular time plus injury time. Entry is ETB 50 against a prize pool of ETB 50,000, and the first 25 correct predictions each win ETB 2,000, earliest entries first. No welcome bonus or first-deposit offer appears on the published pages.

Games, Aviator and Spin the Wheel

The Zena Bet games lobby mixes casino, crash and instant titles from named studios. Aviator by Spribe and JetX by Smartsoft represent the crash format, Hot to Burn and Ultra Hold and Spin come from Pragmatic Play, and the Top Games list also includes Fast Keno from Atlas-V, 16 Coins from Wazdan, 2021 Hit Slot from Endorphina, Golden 777 VIP and HiLo from KA Gaming, Crash X from Turbo Games and Plinko from Spribe. Category filters divide the catalogue into Top, Crash Games, Keno & Lottery, Virtual Sports, Instant Win, Slots and Live Casino. The casino section itself carries titles like Crazy Rocket, Lucky Helicopter, Neo Keno, Turbo Keno, Lucky Six, Mines, Narco Mines, Coin Flip, Super Jet and Bingo.

Spin the Wheel on Zena Bet stands apart with its own rules: segments on the wheel pay 10x as the Jackpot, then 3x, 2x, 1.5x, 1x and 0.5x that returns half the stake, while a LOSE segment forfeits it. Bets run from 1 to 10,000 ETB, and a PLAY mode sits next to a PRACTICE mode loaded with a 10,000 ETB practice balance. All virtual outcomes come from a certified RNG, with rules and payout tables shown inside each game, and rounds interrupted by a technical error may be voided with the stake refunded.

Support and responsible gaming

Support on Zena Bet runs through a Contact Us form with name, subject and message fields. Published hours run Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and the team states it aims to answer within 1 hour during those hours. For a password reset or a withdrawal that takes longer than an hour, the FAQ points to the same Contact Us page. Responsible gaming tools on Zena Bet are deposit limits and temporary or permanent self-exclusion, and the Terms ask players who feel their gaming is becoming a problem to contact the support team. The minimum age across the whole site is 18. How the operator collects and uses personal data is set out in the Zena Bet Privacy Policy.
